Simplified Application Process
On September 1, 2006, all visa offices around the world, with the exception of Buffalo, USA, will accept only simplified applications.
What does it mean?
The new application will consists only from a 3-page filled out application and payment of processing fees. All supporting documents will NOT be filed with the application but will be submitted when the visa office starts to process your application.
Sounds simple. Sounds easy.
Well, not quite so. Even though you are not submitting supporting documents, you still have to meet all the requirements of the selection system at the time when you submit your application AND when the visa office starts processing your application. And that applies for proof of English or French language skills as well.
Keep in mind: if it was complicated before, it is complicated even more now. Visa offices usually give the applicant 60 or 90 days to comply with a request for documents. If the documents are not submitted on time, the visa office has the right to refuse the application for non-compliance.

Plus, we will keep the supporting documents on file and request update from you every year, so that we have always the most updated documents on file and can comply with the request from visa offices immediately. We are also able to request a delay of the deadline in cases where genuine reasons exist. You can rest assured that your applications will not be refused for non-compliance or late submission.
Talk to your representatives before you retain them and ask them how they are going to ensure that your application is safe under the new rules. Do due diligence before you decide on the best representative.
