Our guarantees

We will, as always, do our best to represent the best interests of all our clients and we will be even more cautious in accepting clients with only a marginal chance for success. We always advise our clients of the risks involved and possibility of refusal if the client does not meet the requirements 100 %.

We have structured our payments so that we are paid only for work already done. Our fees are for services rendered and should not be considered payment for obtaining immigrant or temporary visas. We cannot guarantee success and we have never promised that you will achieve your goal. What we can promise is our 100% involvement in your representation and that we will always fight for you and for your success.

The final decision is always up to the immigration officer who handles your application. He/she has a great amount of discretion and can use it both ways - to your advantage or to your disadvantage. We can present your application in the best possible way, stress your strengths and explain your weakness - but no one can tell the immigration officer what to do.

Beware of consultants who guarantee your acceptance. When deciding on representative, please make sure that the one you like is a member of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants. If he is not, he may NOT represent your interests before Canadian immigration authorities and he is not allowed to receive payment for his services. Your application could be refused if you decide not to disclose that someone helped you with the application.
